These terms govern your use of the Night Night website and any purchase made from it. By placing an order, you agree to them. Night Night is operated by Night Night Pty Ltd, Level 3, Suite 329, 98-100 Elizabeth Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices are correct at the time of listing and may change at any time. Your order is charged at the price shown when you placed it.
Current preorder pricing: the first run is $300 and includes The Bedside in Deep Black, Sanctuary, Nostalgia, and the ritual protocol. Night Night does not offer discounts or preorder codes.
Night Night takes care to describe its products accurately. Minor variation in colour or finish may occur between product images and the physical product. These variations do not constitute a defect.
Every batch is verified against factory QA reports and Night Night's own checks before any product reaches you.
Payment is processed securely at checkout through Night Night's payment providers. Major credit cards and Shop Pay are accepted. Card details are not stored.
Preorder reserves your place in the first run. You are charged at checkout and receive confirmation, production notes, and shipping updates by email. There is no membership, subscription, automatic refill, or preorder discount.
Orders can be cancelled for a full, no-questions refund at any time before dispatch. Reply to your order confirmation email or contact hello@nightnight.au with your order number.
Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. Your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected. For faulty or damaged products, see the returns policy.
Night Night products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
