Night Night ships within Australia for the first preorder run. Australian preorder orders include standard tracked shipping.
International shipping is not open yet. When it becomes available, duties, taxes, and customs fees may be payable by the customer and will vary by country.
Orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days of purchase. A tracking number is sent by email as soon as your order leaves. If anything changes, Night Night will contact you directly.
Australian preorder orders include standard tracked shipping. International shipping is not open for the first preorder run.
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times within Australia:

Night Night ships via Australia Post and select courier services depending on your location and order size. Standard tracked shipping is included on all orders. Signature on delivery may be required for some orders.
A tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email, and you can track your order from your account page. If no confirmation arrives within the estimated dispatch window, contact hello@nightnight.au.
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch. Contact hello@nightnight.au with your order number as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
To update your delivery address before dispatch, email as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be redirected.
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date, contact Night Night and it will be investigated with the carrier and resolved. See the returns policy for full details on damaged goods.
