Yes. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before dispatch. Email hello@nightnight.au with your order number. Refunds reach your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. Your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
Due to the nature of fragrance products, Night Night does not accept change of mind returns on opened scents. Unopened scents in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt at your cost. A refund is issued for the returned items once they are received and inspected.
Preorder orders follow the same returns conditions as other orders. To cancel before production or dispatch, email Night Night with your order number as early as possible.
If your product arrives faulty or is damaged in transit, it will be replaced or fully refunded, your choice. Contact hello@nightnight.au within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and photos of the damage. You do not need to return a damaged item before a replacement or refund is processed.
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact Night Night within 14 days. The correct item will be sent at no additional cost.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement. If a product has a minor failure, it may be repaired or replaced.
Email hello@nightnight.au with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. You will get a response within two business days.
