- When
- Set the diffuser on your bedside table before you start your wind-down routine. 15–20 minutes before you want to sleep is the sweet spot during launch testing.
- Setting
- Start on the middle setting. Lower settings extend the scent's duration. Higher settings suit larger rooms or more open spaces.
- Consistency
